All members of the ensemble are well-known Lithuanian jazz musicians who play in various projects, but this project is special to each of them. Nurturing the roots of jazz—the traditions of New Orleans marching bands—The Honkin’ Dudes preserve the best of these traditions while infusing them with modern sounds, reviving this genre for a new life.
