These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions governing the use of the website www.vilnius-events.lt (the “Website”). The Website is administered by Public Institution Go Vilnius (VšĮ Go Vilnius), legal entity code 123641468, registered office at Gynėjų g. 16, LT-01109 Vilnius, Lithuania (“Go Vilnius”). By using the Website, the visitor agrees to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms apply unless specific conditions have been established for a particular function or service available on the Website. - Purpose of the Website and Nature of Information
The Website is intended to present events, tours, conferences, leisure activities and other information related to Vilnius and relevant to residents and visitors of the city. The information provided on the Website is of a general informational nature and shall not in itself be considered an offer, recommendation, guarantee of event quality, or commitment by Go Vilnius to ensure that any event takes place. - Event Information
Most event-related information published on the Website is provided by event organisers or other third parties.Organisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness and timely updating of the information they provide. The date, venue, programme, price, ticket availability and other circumstances relating to an event may change, or an event may be cancelled. Visitors are therefore encouraged to verify the relevant information on the organiser’s website or through other communication channels designated by the organiser before attending an event. Go Vilnius reserves the right to clarify, edit, temporarily suspend or remove published information if it is inaccurate, outdated, misleading, inconsistent with the purpose of the Website, these Terms, or applicable law. - Submission of Event Information
The submission, selection and publication of event information are governed by separate Event Submission Rules. The submission of information does not create a right for the organiser to require publication of such information, nor an obligation for Go Vilnius to publish it. Furthermore, publication of information does not mean that Go Vilnius becomes the organiser, partner or any other party responsible for the event, unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website. - Tickets, Registration and Third-Party Services
The Website may contain links to websites operated by event organisers, ticket distributors, registration platforms or other service providers. Any agreement relating to the purchase of tickets, registration or other services is concluded directly between the visitor and the relevant third party. Go Vilnius is not a party to such agreement unless expressly stated otherwise.
