From November 19 to 22, the sixth edition of the international world music showcase festival Saulės Muzika will take place at Tamsta Music Club and the Naujoji Vilnia Cultural Centre!
Filled with love and light, the festival will immerse audiences in the sounds of some of the world’s most intriguing instruments and music for true enthusiasts. The four-day celebration will feature concerts and musical workshops for the whole family.
Saulės Muzika is an international world music showcase festival in Vilnius, an idea long nurtured by Lithuanian multi-instrumentalist Saulius Petreikis. The events will feature world, folk and instrumental music. Each year, the festival welcomes musicians from different countries. This year, performers from Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Ireland and Lithuania will gather under the sun.
The Saulės Muzika festival is about more than concerts and performances. The organisers aim to nurture and bring together a musical community and introduce audiences to world music, which is why musical workshops form an important part of the festival.
