Mythical Neris

Embark on a journey through the ancient Baltic world—a time when human life was inseparable from the rhythms of nature, the will of the gods, and the festivals of the calendar.  As you sail down the Neris River, you will hear stories about the Baltic gods and goddesses, sacred sites, the festivals of the annual cycle, rituals, and beliefs that accompanied our ancestors from birth to death.  The cruise will be led by Tomas Aleknavičius, a priest of the Vytūrių Romuva.
