“An adult is someone who knows everything, who has learned everything from their mother.”

“School is a building I go to every weekday to learn, so that later I won’t have to sweep the streets.”

“Love is a feeling, for example, feeling warm next to another person.”

“Theatre to me is a fun and interesting story that I don’t have to read myself.”
(Kamilė, 13 years old)
“When we were little, we were surrounded by a very strange world. Everyone around us was so big and seemed to want something from us. As we grew a bit older, we started going to school.
There, we experienced all kinds of things: friendship, love, betrayal, joy, and jealousy.
Later, we dreamed about what we would become when we grew up.
When we finally grew up, we remembered the mischief, adventures, and stories of our childhood — stories that could easily become a funny and interesting book.
But we are not writers, so we decided it would be better to perform it all on stage.
And that is how the performance When I Was Little was born.”
