Agota has released two solo albums. The first, inspired by Eugenija Šimkūnaitė’s herbalist tales, takes listeners into the world of forests and woods – “Kur giria užėjo”. The second, based on Vladas Braziūnas’ poetry, is titled “Gyva čia”. The artist also creates songs based on Stasė Lygutaitė-Bucevičienė’s poetry and occasionally engages in creative experiments – exploring the possibilities of kanklės playing, the sound of language, and developing her own poetic texts.
The program “I Spoke with the Moon” weaves together the sounds of forests, poetry transformed into music, and more adventurous creative explorations. The concert will include works from Agota’s entire repertoire.
