Estradà: Open Jam #100

Monday Estrãda’s and many musicians’ tradition – a big and diverse concentration of sound on Vilnius Street called “Open Jam”.

We’ve reached our first hundred and a milestone worth celebrating. Come join us!

Who would have thought a few years ago that a live music tradition and a large community of musicians could grow on Vilnius Street?
It was only a dream!

The first “Open Jam” took place on September 16, 2024, just before the official opening of “Estrãda”. We needed to test the live sound and atmosphere somehow.

Usually, “Open Jam” starts with young musicians, followed by more experienced performers, and eventually everyone starts exchanging places and playing together. But anything can happen – and often does.

There are no instructions or strict rules in this format, and there never have been. All you need to do is come, bring your instrument, want to play, step onto the stage and start. Everything else happens naturally.
