Aktu x Frizz x Raudona Šviesa – Lukiškių Prison 2.0

Mid-summer brings a triple force to one stage. The Lukiškių Prison 2.0 venue will host three young and powerful bands: Aktu, Frizz, and Raudona Šviesa. See the photo to understand how many of them are on stage. See you on July 21.

Aktu

Aktu is an alternative rock band from Vilnius, creating across different sonic directions and constantly searching for their own voice. In their music, it is not only about sound, but also about a lasting emotional state that remains long after the last song.

This year they released their debut album “Viską atiduodu”, combining emotional openness, intense guitar-driven sound, and atmospheric moods.

The band says:

“We are really looking forward to returning to the Lukiškės stage – last year was our first experience, and this time we promise an even stronger set. Playing at Lukiškės Prison means growth and connection with the audience, and it is especially exciting to share the stage with two other special bands. An energetic, guitar-filled evening awaits.”

Frizz

Frizz is a five-piece band from Alytus. Their sound blends fast indie and garage rock with melancholy, while their lyrics reflect personal experiences and changing environments.

At the beginning of 2025, they released the album “Kramtyk gumą!”, marking the end of their teenage phase. The band is now actively working on new material.

They share:

“We hope it will be sunny but not too hot. We are in an intense creative phase, so maybe we’ll bring a new single, maybe not. We’ll see what the weather is like.”

Raudona šviesa

Described by its members as a mix of “non-formal” and “elite”, the band includes musicians from Panevėžys, Pilaitė, and Alytus. Their sound ranges from calm passages to full-on explosive energy with growling vocals.

They are definitely worth hearing — and once you do, you’ll want more.
