On the last Thursday of summer, we invite you to spend the evening at the cozy Oldskūl café, where vintage interiors and panoramic windows meet great coffee, interesting people, and the atmosphere of late summer.

Together with Closer Coffee (Latvia), we’ll dive into the world of coffee fermentation — discovering what happens to coffee during the roasting process, how fermentation shapes its flavor, and, of course, tasting it all along the way.
