STROKES TEMPLE 30 years anniversary

After thirty years of “Strokes Temple” activity, it’s time to talk about it.

We sincerely thank everyone who has ever contributed—even in the smallest way or with good intentions—to the organization of the raves that took place.

We are happy for all those who spread the ideas of national electronic music around the world and promote Lithuania.

Soon we will have the opportunity to meet at a large musical celebration and remember that this year marks 30 years since October 19, 1996, when the first Strokes Temple rave shook the walls of Vilnius’ “Kablys.”

After that, a wave of raves began, helping to inspire freedom and confidence among the pioneers of the electronic scene.

Back then, ravers were united by the credo: “Love, peace, tolerance,” and they gathered in large numbers at electronic music festivals. They still do, so we invite ravers of all generations to mark October 16 of this year in their calendars and gather for the birthday rave at Vilnius Arts Factory “Loftas.” In five separate spaces, different music will be played: Techno; Drum & Bass/Hardcore; Psytrance; Old School, Chill/Groove.
