Sometimes, all we need is to pause for a moment—to listen to our body, let go of what is not ours, and remember how good it feels simply to be in it.
We invite you to a cosy evening at Inhale Studio, where movement will meet breath and self-care will become the most important part of the day.
45 minutes of mindful movement
This is not a workout focused on results. It is time dedicated to your body.
Through conscious movement, we will strengthen the whole body, improve mobility, posture and stability, release built-up tension, and allow the body to move with greater ease and freedom. Our focus will not be on how much we do, but on how we feel while moving.
After the movement session, we will continue with…
30 minutes of breathwork
We will allow the body to settle, the breath to slow down and the mind to become quiet. The breathing practice will help release the tension of the day, reduce stress and restore inner balance. Depending on what is needed that day, the practice may bring greater alertness and energy or help you calm down, relax and prepare your body for the evening’s rest.
Please note: This breathing practice is not suitable for pregnant women or people with high blood pressure or diagnosed eye conditions.
The movement session will be led by Eglė Kamarauskienė, a physiotherapist and the founder of Inhale.
“I believe that movement is more than physical activity. It is a way to understand your body better and build a kinder relationship with it.
As a physiotherapist, I design every session to ensure that movement is safe, meaningful and accessible to everyone. What matters to me is that movement strengthens the body, reduces tension and helps people feel better.”
The breathwork session will be led by Aida Rafanavičė, who has been practising various forms of meditation for more than 15 years and has personally completed this particular breathing practice over 700 times.
This evening is for anyone who would like to slow down, even briefly, and leave the session feeling fulfilled—or, at the very least, with a rested and relaxed body.
