“Music Unites the World” – Vivace Vilnius

The concert will feature 12 young violinists and students participating in the festival, representing Lithuania, Ukraine, and the United States.

Works by Fritz Kreisler, Henryk Wieniawski, Béla Bartók, Camille Saint-Saëns, and other composers.

“Music Unites the World” is one of the most important events in the festival’s educational programme, featuring participants in the international masterclasses. Throughout the week, the young musicians will work with world-class teachers, developing their technical and artistic skills, and will present their achievements to the audience at this concert.

The Samuel Bak Museum will bring together representatives of different cultures and musical traditions, united by their love of music and their desire for continuous artistic growth. The programme will feature classics of the violin repertoire, including virtuoso works by Fritz Kreisler and Henryk Wieniawski, as well as other much-loved miniatures.

This concert reflects one of the core values of Vivace Vilnius: the belief that music is a universal language capable of bringing people together regardless of geographical, cultural, or linguistic differences.
