35 Years Together with Country Music!
We’re excited to announce that 7 Fridays has become an official partner of the international Visagino Country Festival.
To celebrate, country music is coming to Vingis Park on July 11. 7 Fridays Vingis will become the first stop on the road to the Visagino Country 2026 festival.
Before the main festival begins in Visaginas, you’re invited to experience its atmosphere much closer to home—in the heart of Vilnius. For one special evening, two international festival guests will bring authentic country music straight to the stage in Vingis Park.
Andy Starman (Latvia)
Based in Latvia, Andy Starman is a country and Southern rock musician with nearly two decades of live performance experience across the Baltic states and Finland. Known for his gritty sound and authentic stage presence, he has earned a reputation as a seasoned performer who feels equally at home in intimate bars and on major festival stages. Throughout his career, Andy has toured extensively in Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland, winning audiences over with his blend of classic country storytelling and Southern rock energy.
Larry Peninsula (Finland)
Hailing from Helsinki, Larry Peninsula has introduced traditional country music to new audiences across Europe. The award-winning artist has performed extensively throughout Finland as well as in the United States, Germany, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Gran Canaria, and Bulgaria.
He has opened for artists including Drake Milligan, Doug Seegers, Ward Hayden & The Outliers, and Grammy Award-winning guitarist Redd Volkaert. In October 2025, he received the Rising Star of the Year award at the Texas Sounds International Country Music Awards. The publication Saving Country Music has described him as one of Europe’s finest country artists.
One evening, two international country stars, and the spirit of Visagino Country in the heart of Vingis Park—the perfect opportunity to experience the festival before heading to Visaginas.
