For 20 years, in the green Žvėrynas, we have been waiting for everyone who misses jazz in their life or lives to the rhythm of jazz.

“Home Jazz Band” – hooligans of traditional jazz since 2011.
It’s like a time machine taking you to 1920s New Orleans or 1940s New York. They break standards, discover pieces hidden in the chests of history, and bring them to new life. The listener not only immerses himself in the whirlwind of dance, but also takes away knowledge about New Orleans street marches, Vaudeville, ragtime, big band music, and European jazz after the concert.
The jazz of the “Home Jazz Band” is diverse – authentic, sometimes punk rock, soft as silk, and sometimes rough and dirty. The most important thing is that it is real.

The choir project is partially financed by the Vilnius City Municipality.
We have been playing jazz for 21 years without an entrance fee, but we are grateful for your support. You can find information about possible support by visiting “Veranda”.
