A Theatrical Musical Performance THE SEASONS, dir. Felicija Feiferė

The international festival accompanying the World Congress of University Theatre has inspired the creation of a vibrant theatrical experience alongside the official opening ceremony. On this occasion, a unique performance is being developed that presents key symbols of Lithuanian culture through theatre, dance, music, and long-standing traditions.

Creative fragments from the VU Drama Theatre and the VU Song and Dance Ensemble will come together into a unified narrative, centered on the four seasons, through which important natural and cultural symbols of the Lithuanian nation unfold. During the evening, harmonized Lithuanian folk songs will be performed, live music will resonate, and the language of theatre and dance will tell stories of the memory, creativity, and hope of the people of Lithuania.
