Moby to Perform in Vilnius on August 8, 2026

World-renowned electronic music icon Moby will perform in Vilnius on August 8, 2026. After more than a decade away from touring, Moby will take the stage at Kalnų Parkas, opening the inaugural Sounds Good Vilnius festival in the Lithuanian capital.

Born Richard Melville Hall, Moby achieved worldwide fame with his landmark 1999 album Play. Blending electronic music with blues and downtempo influences, the album produced enduring hits such as Porcelain, Honey, Natural Blues, Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad?, Flower, and Bodyrock. Widely acclaimed by critics and audiences alike, Play was included in Rolling Stone’s list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

Beyond music, Moby is also a filmmaker, writer, photographer, blogger, and dedicated advocate for animal and human rights. Born in New York in 1965, he began studying music theory and playing classical piano and guitar at the age of nine. In the 1980s, he became involved in the punk rock scene before moving into DJing, rave culture, and electronic music production.

Moby first gained international attention with the 1991 single Go. Since then, he has released 22 studio albums and sold more than 20 million records worldwide. His discography spans a wide range of styles, including electronic, techno, ambient, rock, and punk-inspired music. Known for his hands-on creative approach, Moby typically records most or all of the material on his albums himself.

The Vilnius concert will offer fans a rare opportunity to experience one of electronic music’s most influential artists live on stage.
