Vox organi Cathedralis 2026

“Vox organi Cathedralis” (“The Voice of the Cathedral Organ”) is an organ music festival held in the Vilnius Cathedral Basilica since 2017.

Celebrating the festival’s tenth anniversary, the Vilnius Cathedral organ will resonate with the voices of European cathedral organs this year. From June 14 to September 20, musical dedications will be performed for the cathedrals of Austria, the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Latvia, France, and Germany. The program features works by cathedral organists, compositions created for organ inaugurations, or pieces that premiered specifically in these sacred spaces. Concerts by organists from the Vilnius and Freiburg (Germany) cathedrals will also take place.
