Join us for a KOMMON Social Yoga session at Kūdrų Park in Vilnius.
We’ll get to know each other, do some stretching and breathing exercises, and take a moment to slow down and relax. The session is suitable for both beginners and those who have tried yoga before.
After the yoga practice, we’ll spend some time together, connect, and maybe grab a coffee or a bite to eat.
– the yoga session will last around 20 minutes;
– we recommend bringing your own yoga mat and a water bottle;
– come alone or bring a friend – everyone is welcome;
– the yoga session is free;
– afterwards, we’ll continue socializing over coffee or snacks. Everyone pays for their own order.
