Music for Vilnius | Anna Korsun in the Chapel-Columbarium of the Memorial Complex of Tuskulėnai Peace Park

Tuskulėnai Peace Park is a special place which connects the diverse history of the city, both bright and painful. Anna Korsun, a Ukrainian composer living in Germany, will bring the music for Vilnius to life in the Memorial Chapel-Columbarium, a chapel with impressive architecture, extraordinary acoustics and a mysterious atmosphere. The world premieres of the work for the cello ensemble will be complemented by special guided tours of the Tuskulėnai Park Complex and will give you a chance to get better acquainted with this place in Vilnius, which has not yet been discovered by many. You will also have the opportunity to meet the composer and get to know her work on a larger scale in a portrait concert at Vilnius Town Hall. Anna Korsun’s music will be performed by the Lithuanian Ensemble Network.

The world premiere of the piece of music for Vilnius in the Chapel-Columbarium of the Memorial Complex of Tuskulėnai Peace Park will take place on June 3-4.
