Festival “Džiazuojantis Žvėrynas” presents young jazz talents:
“Jazz In Case”

Austėja Kazlauskaitė – vocals. “I have been singing since childhood, and the stage has long become my second home. I have performed with the Lithuanian Navy Wind Orchestra and the Klaipėda Stasys Šimkus Conservatory Big Band, and have also participated in television musical projects. My greatest joy is music and the opportunity to share it with listeners.”

Justas Selenis – jazz pianist, founder of the “Jazz In Case” group, whose heart is in jazz music. Currently, Justas is studying at Vilnius College, Department of Popular Music, and has completed his second year. The young pianist’s dream is to play and share jazz music with listeners.

Domantas Joknys – saxophonist, laureate of various jazz and classical competitions in Lithuania, Latvia and Poland. Graduated from Balis Dvarionas ten-year music school. “After discovering jazz four years ago, it became my greatest musical passion. In music, I value sincerity, freedom to improvise and an authentic connection with listeners the most.”

Tadas Zizas – drummer, graduated from the Department of Popular Music of Vilnius College, currently studying at the Music Academy of Vytautas Magnus University. The performer is distinguished by his versatility and interest in various musical styles – from jazz to metal. In his work and playing, Tadas likes to combine different genres, look for unexpected syntheses of them and thus enrich his musical expression.

FESTIVAL “Džiazuojantis Žvėrynas“
This is a 3-day festival of the jazz community, Žvėrynas residents, Vilnius residents and city guests, which will unite in the courtyard of “Veranda” surrounded by greenery for a unified jazz rhythm, education and positive energy.

The program includes international jazz projects, Lithuanian performers, young talents, creative education and a cozy atmosphere for the whole family.
This is a festival where jazz, community and summer evenings create a special atmosphere of Žvėrynas.
