On the evening of November 12, St. Catherine’s Church will bring together some of Lithuania’s most outstanding chamber music performers – the FortVio Piano Trio and the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra.
For two decades, FortVio has captivated audiences with its exceptional musical sensitivity, impeccable technique and remarkable ensemble playing. Internationally acclaimed, the trio is a member of the European Chamber Music Academy (ECMA), a prizewinner of prestigious competitions and a recipient of the Lithuanian Government’s Culture and Art Prize.
Pianist Indrė Baikštytė, violinist Ingrida Rupaitė and cellist Povilas Jacunskas transform every concert into a subtle musical narrative in which technical mastery blends with emotional depth.
At this concert, their sound will merge with the colourful palette of strings created by the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra. The evening will invite audiences to immerse themselves in the world of chamber music – full of elegance, vitality and inspiring musical dialogues.
The concert programme will be announced soon, but one thing is already certain – audiences can look forward to an extraordinary encounter with Lithuania’s finest musicians and music that leaves no one indifferent.
