Christmas in Prison 2026: Christmas Gastro Fair

Christmas is just around the corner, and with the festive season, the Christmas Gastro Fair is returning to Lukiškės Prison! For the sixth time! The only event of its kind in the capital.

As every December, the Lukiškės Prison complex will transform into a true winter wonderland. Christmas trees, festive decorations, sustainable installations and much more will appear throughout the grounds. The corridors and unique interior spaces will once again fill with the aromas of gingerbread, cardamom and mulled wine.

Every year, this tradition brings together creators of all kinds of flavours, food enthusiasts, gastronomy professionals and a huge number of visitors. For many people, this fair is the most important event of the year. All our partners, friends and suppliers are carefully preparing to present their delicacies and festive products in their own unique ways. We’re hoping for a record number of visitors!

There will be plenty of entertainment for the whole family. The cultural programme will feature live music, vintage jazz, swing, dancing and much more. The little ones will also have their own space and creative workshops.
