The National Anthem at the Vilnius TV Tower

Two years ago, the delicate sound of Laurynas Vaitkus’ birbynė (traditional Lithuanian reed instrument) — a member of the group SUBTÌLUS — resonated from the Vilnius TV Tower, touching hearts across Lithuania.

This Sunday, on July 6th at 9:00 PM, that same melody will once again rise from Lithuania’s tallest building, joining your voices in a wave of sound that will circle the globe with the powerful tune of our National Anthem.

From the heart, together with Lithuanians all over the world, we will sing “Tautiška giesmė” — reminding ourselves and others that our unity knows no borders.

WHO? Laurynas Vaitkus (SUBTÌLUS | birbynė) and all of you!

Practical Information:
Starting at 8:00 PM, the ascent to the Vilnius TV Tower observation deck will cost only 9 EUR. Tickets can be purchased on-site at the ticket office until 8:50 PM. This discount applies only to the ascent ticket; other tower attractions retain regular pricing. Space is limited, and the event may be photographed and filmed.

At 9:00 PM sharp, we will unite in singing “Tautiška giesmė”, led by the sound of Laurynas Vaitkus’ birbynė. Don’t forget to bring your tricolors or other Lithuanian symbols to show your pride!
