Puppet Theatre Festival. Good Dog Ferdis

A puppet show for the little ones! First time to the theater!

The play presents a story about a dutiful dachshund dog Ferdis and his adventures trying to maintain peace in his hometown. Ferdis’ yard is home to many animals for which he is responsible. But how to bring order to the yard, where a disobedient and stubborn piglet, a cocky rooster and a gossiping hen live? Ferdis is having a hard time, when this pile of canine problems is supplemented by a sneaky fox who wants to take the piglet to his den.

The play “Good Dog Ferdis” has been shown to Vilnius residents and residents of other Lithuanian cities for several years now. Both young and old spectators of the play are captivated by cheerful songs and a fun and intriguing story. The play is given additional charm by witty and cheerful puppets created by ingenious artists.
