You’re invited to a unique sporting event – the opening of Lithuania’s first heated football stadium with FIFA-certified turf! 

Join us on May 22 (Thursday) at 17:00 at the Mykolas Biržiška Gymnasium Sports Ground (Taikos g. 81) and be a part of this historic moment!

• We’ll unveil a 69×109 m heated football stadium – the first of its kind in Lithuania!
• Discover a modern sports complex designed not only for football but also for athletics, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and the increasingly popular pickleball
• During a press conference for the media, you’ll hear important updates from Vilnius Mayor Valdas Benkunskas, Vice Mayor Vytautas Mitalas, Active Vilnius Director Gintas Teslia, and representatives from Vilniaus vystymo kompanija, who led the project. You’ll also be among the first to explore the stadium!
• After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, enjoy a showcase match between U-15 youth teams – FK Žalgiris Academy vs. BFA (Baltic Football Academy) – full of real sporting emotions, rising young talent, professional commentary, fan cheers, and prizes!
