The Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, led by the artistic director and chief conductor Gintaras Rinkevičius, invites you to welcome the New Year by presenting their latest project – an impressive program of the most beautiful Lithuanian musicals and films. Tonight the stars of the Lithuanian stage Ieva Prudnikovaitė, Ona Kolobovaitė and Česlovas Gabalis will meet on stage, and together with the LSSO will perform the most beautiful arias, songs and duets from the legendary Lithuanian musicals ” Devil’s Bride”, “Love and Death in Verona”, “Fire Hunt with Beaters”, rock opera “Eglė”, films “Jazz”, “My Little Wife” and others. The works of the Lithuanian music golden fund were written by the most famous composers Viačeslav Ganelin, Kęstutis Antanėlis, Giedrius Kuprevičius, Faustas Latėnas and Laimis Vilkončius.

The Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra will be conducted on this evening by its founder, artistic director and chief conductor, National Prize laureate maestro Gintaras Rinkevičius.
