A unique experience of breathing, music rhythm and community, which is gaining more and more participants, uniting all conscious and active souls into one.

WIM HOF METHOD is a simple, easy-to-apply and scientifically based wellness method that allows you to become a happier, healthier and stronger person. This method consists of three components: attitude, cold practice and special breathing technique, the combination of which increases energy levels, improves sleep quality, immune, nervous and circulatory system activity, concentration, reduces stress levels, develops willpower, self-confidence and connection with oneself and the environment.

THE PRACTICE IS LEADING BY 3 WIM HOF METHOD INSTRUCTORS:

  • Žilvinas Gruodis – certified Oxygen Advantage breathing instructor, Wim Hof ​​Method instructor.
  • Greta Puzonė – certified Wim Hof ​​Method and Oxygen Advantage breathing instructor, physiotherapist, Master of Health Sciences, founder of the move2move wellness space.
  • Ignė Degutytė – certified Wim Hof ​​Method instructor, co-founder of the cold swimming community “Vilnelės Pankai”.

The atmosphere of the breathing party will be created and music specially selected and adapted for this evening will be played by Marius Šmitas – a former radio and TV presenter, who is currently practically researching the influence of various breathing methods on the processes of the human body. Did you know that Marius has also voiced the official Wim Hof ​​Method Guide for Beginners, which you can find on Youtube? No one will prepare music for this WHM breathing party better than Marius, so relax and surrender to his hands!

We invite you to join the LIVE WIM HOF METHOD BREATHING PRACTICE, in which:
* YOU WILL RECOVER FROM INTENSE STRESS or vice versa – you will gently and moderately awaken the body and prepare it for movement;
* YOU WILL CALM YOUR MIND AND THOUGHTS, because the practice is designed to regain balance in your psychological state, strengthen the central nervous system, immunity;
* YOU WILL INCREASE YOUR PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PHYSICAL RESISTANCE TO STRESS, which will help you overcome life’s challenges in the future more easily and calmly;
* By regularly applying the breathing techniques learned during the practice, you will IMPROVE YOUR FUNCTIONAL BODY CONDITION: sleep quality, digestion, metabolism, posture, lymphatic system, increase energy levels and relieve pain.


FAQ
* SAFETY. The practice is led by experienced instructors and health specialists, so your safety comes first. During the practice, active breathing techniques will also be used, which are not suitable for pregnant women, epilepsy sufferers and those with acute, medication-uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases. If you experience acute episodes of anxiety and panic attacks, please inform us before the practice. Assess your condition in advance;
* SCIENCE. The practice uses only scientifically based, reliable, and up-to-date knowledge about health and breathing;
* WEATHER. In case of unfavorable weather, we will invite you to come to the practice at another time or refund the money for the ticket;
* WHAT TO BRING. Your own exercise mat/blanket, which you will spread out on the grass; water;
* CLOTHING. Dress appropriately for the weather conditions. It is important to know that breathing practices can be a bit chilly, so we recommend having something to wear extra.
