Jazz and swing classics come to life in a fresh new way with vocalist and trumpeter George Trubnikov, leader of Special Delivery Band. Regular performers at swing dance festivals, the quartet promises an uplifting evening filled with the rich traditions of American jazz and bold improvisation. This concert is a tribute to the classics, where authentic jazz sound meets fresh energy and a genuine passion for the genre.

Quartet leader George Trubnikov is a vocalist, trumpeter, musician, swing dance instructor, and a regular participant in jazz festivals across Lithuania and Europe.
“My journey as a passionate vocalist and trumpeter began in 2008 through swing dancing, which sparked my love for jazz. Inspired by the rich traditions of African-American culture, I’ve dedicated myself to bringing vibrant improvisational jazz, blues, and soul melodies to music lovers. With years of touring Europe’s dance gigs, I thrive on creating the soundtrack for jazz enthusiasts and dancers, infusing every performance with energy and heart. Joining George on stage will be outstanding musicians and highly respected figures of the Lithuanian jazz scene—Pavel Arakelian, Gabrielius Rimeika, and Tuomas J. Räsänen. Renowned for their artistry, these accomplished performers have taken part in countless musical projects and festivals. Their concerts captivate audiences, while their passion, virtuosity, and dynamic improvisations consistently earn enthusiastic ovations.
