Matilda

A brief summary of the plot.
Who wouldn’t admire such a sensitive and intelligent girl like Matilda? She learned to read at the age of just three and now devours book after book. But her parents don’t think she’s special at all. To them, books are nonsense, and Matilda herself is like an annoying scab they’d like to scratch off as soon as possible.
Matilda isn’t too fond of the school principal either – a woman named Trunchbull, who enjoys crushing little children. The only one who understands how extraordinary Matilda is, is her kind teacher, Miss Honey.
