On the opening evening of the Vilnius Days Festival, September 4, Friday, different worlds of contemporary music will meet on the main stage in Cathedral Square.

At 9:00 PM, kamanių šilelis will take the stage.

The duo will perform both well-known songs and new tracks that the audience will hear for the first time. The programme will offer a wide range of moods – from sensitive, intimate moments to intense and powerful sounds.

This year, kamanių šilelis celebrates 15 years of creativity and has already performed the biggest concert of their career, Ritualai, in Vilnius. After the show, the duo feels even more confident experimenting with sound and exploring new forms.

Known for blending indie folk, art pop and electronic music, the band is currently working intensively on a new album, promising plenty of unexpected musical ideas. Their evolving sound can also be heard in this year’s release, Degantys paukščiai.

The duo will continue exploring new musical territories with a special programme prepared exclusively for the Vilnius Days Festival.
