LOW AIR 15 | Platform for the Future: ROCK’N’RAP IS DEAD & RUJOJA. DUSLIAI LOJA. DVESIA

Vilnius City Dance Theatre “Low Air” celebrates 15 years of creative work and opens the “Platform for the Future” – a space where “Low Air” alumni come together and present their latest works.

On Sunday evening, audiences are invited to experience two dance duets on the same stage. Barbora Groblytė and Beatričė Šaltenytė will present “RUJOJA. DUSLIAI LOJA. DVESIA”, a work that received an award at the “Balkono okupacija” performing arts competition (2026) and was also presented at the international “Share” Festival in Bratislava (2026) and the Valmiera Summer Theatre Festival in Latvia (2026).

Aretas Piaseckas and Aura Šriubšaitė, in “ROCK’N’RAP IS DEAD”, inspired by rock and hip-hop cultures, draw on their sound and physicality to invite audiences to look beyond the desire to be seen and ask: why do we so deeply long to be noticed?

There will be short breaks between the performances.
