Kotryna Juodzeviciute is a Lithuanian singer best known for winning the big TV show “The Voice of Lithuania” in 2016. Although Kotryna is open to all music genres, she says that she feels best when she sings jazz music. She started her jazz journey at only twelve years old by joining a band called “Silent Blast” led by famous Lithuanian saxophonist Vytautas Labutis. Together with the band, the Lithuanian singer has participated in many international jazz festivals, like “Kaunas Jazz”, “Mama Jazz”, “Nisville Jazz”, “Jazzkaar”, ” Lotos Jazz Festival” etc. Latest singer’s project “KJ Collective” – a group of talented and promising musicians whose goal is to mix the sounds of different music genres, thus don’t get surprised if one moment their music will bring you back in time and the other – to the future.
