JAZZ CLASSICS: THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BALLADS AND SWING | Vytautas Straižys and Pavel Arakelian

On the evening of September 19, two expressive jazz musicians—virtuoso pianist Vytautas Straižys and saxophonist Pavel Arakelian—will meet on the DOWNTOWN PIANO LAB stage.

The concert program will feature a selection of classic jazz pieces, beautiful ballads, and lively swing. It is music where elegance blends with the freedom of improvisation, and familiar melodies come to life anew with every performance.

The dialogue between piano and saxophone invites the audience to immerse themselves in diverse jazz moods—ranging from tender, romantic ballads to energetic, rhythmic swing numbers.
