Jam session

For the first time the jazz club “Jazz Cellar 11” and the festival “Vilnius Mama Jazz” combine their forces for a joint Jam Session.

The occasion is rare: the end of the club’s concert season coincides with the start of the festival. So, this Jam session will be a passing of the baton event. What to expect? No one can answer this question, because Jam session is a retreat where you can meet both the elite of Lithuanian jazz and young talents who share the stage in a friendly and direct way. And with the addition of “Vilnius Mama Jazz”, we can expect the stars of the festival to join the ranks of those playing on stage. What we know for sure is that the mood will be great and we’ll be playing until midnight. Maybe even longer.

The songhouse project at “Jazz Cellar 11” is partly funded by Vilnius City Municipality.

Entrance fee to the club is 10 EUR (paid at the door, in cash or by credit card), which can be spent in the bar.
The Jam session will start at 9.30 p.m.
The bar opens at 7.30 p.m. Early guests will choose their preferred seats, there is no standing room.
