International Folklore Festival “Skamba skamba kankliai“

This year from the 29th of May to the 1st of June we will invite you to start the summer not only with the 52nd International folklore festival “Skamba skamba kankliai” but also with the celebration of the Year of Lithuanian Folk Songs!

The International Folklore Festival “Skamba skamba kankliai” is one of the few festivals of authentic ethnic music in Europe that allows everyone to immerse themselves in the world of Lithuanian and foreign folklore. Every year the festival suggests various events, including captivating concerts of Lithuanian and foreign performers, massive singing evenings, night-time dances, a fair of folk artists and craftsmen and other activities. It will allow you to search for new and already traditional harmonies while joining the sound of the festival and this memorable Year of Lithuanian Folk Songs.
