I Grew Up at My Father’s | Skamba skamba kankliai

The International Folklore Festival ‘Skamba skamba kankliai’ invites you to celebrate Father’s Day together! On 1 June, a family concert ‘I grew up with my father’ will take place in the Bernardinai Garden. This concert will be a cosy gathering that will inspire and encourage families to communicate, strengthen ties and develop values through meaningful creative activities and ethnic culture.

The International Folklore Festival “Skamba skamba kankliai” is one of the few festivals of authentic ethnic music in Europe that allows everyone to immerse themselves in the world of Lithuanian and foreign folklore. Every year the festival suggests various events, including captivating concerts of Lithuanian and foreign performers, massive singing evenings, night-time dances, a fair of folk artists and craftsmen and other activities. It will allow you to search for new and already traditional harmonies while joining the sound of the festival and this memorable Year of Lithuanian Folk Songs.
