FULLGAZZ INVITES YOU TO A RUNNING DUATHLON!

Athletes and speedy runners aged 4 to 16 – the FULLGAZZ RUNNING DUATHLON is calling your name!

Get ready to take on two challenges:
– a 50-meter sprint, and
– a 400-meter endurance run,
all based on your age group.

Join in, compete, have fun – and feel the joy of being part of the sport!

Whether you’re lacing up your running shoes for the first time or they already have stories to tell, there’s room for everyone! We’re excited to welcome you with FULLGAZZ energy!

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
15:15–15:45 – Arrival & Registration
15:45 – Warm-up
16:00–16:45 – 50m Sprints
16:45–17:30 – 400m Races
17:30 – Awards Ceremony – medals and surprises for all participants!

This event is open to all children and youth, and free for spectators!
