Museum Entry is Free from 18:00
The last visitors are allowed into the museum until 23:00.
The museum’s exhibitions are open until 24:00.
The museum is not just a collection of exhibits! It is a space where one can learn, explore, and improve. To celebrate International Museum Day, the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania invites you to explore the Baroque era in greater depth. This journey will be crowned by an exhibition of two books by the poet Motiejus Kazimieras Sarbievijus, dedicated to the Baroque literature year.
The theme of the Baroque path will continue with the events program for International Museum Night. In the Great Renaissance Hall of the Palace of the Grand Dukes, visitors will enjoy Baroque “shorts” – a tournament of nine short stories and conversations about the Baroque era, accompanied by music from that period, prepared for the first time in the museum’s history by the museum staff.
