In the exhibition “Puncture” – drawings by Aleksandra Jacovskytė, created using biro and pencil on whatever paper happened to be at hand in the moment. Spontaneous, unrestrained, without a predetermined plan or narrative.
Aleksandra Jacovskytė is a distinctive Lithuanian artist whose work spans scenography, costume design, graphics, drawing and photography. For many years, she has worked as a set designer for theatre, film, and television. She was awarded the Golden Stage Cross for her costume design in the production “Yours Always. Anne Frank.” Her works are exhibited in galleries and held in museum collections across the country.
