VERANDA – the embassy of bohemian Žvėrynas, where cuisine, wine, live jazz and relaxation meet in one space.
Naturalness, freshness, culinary improvisation – we serve all this every day.
For 20 years, in the green Žvėrynas, we have been waiting for everyone who misses jazz in their life or lives in the rhythm of jazz.

JAZZ DUO

Leonidas Mieldažis – piano
Gintaras Remeikis – saxophone

Leonidas Mieldažis graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Music.
He has played in various music projects and groups: “Sufle”, “Goldien Melodies”, “Gėlių Vaikai”, “Monkes Blues”, “The Road Band”. He has participated in festivals of various styles, collaborated in recording several dozen albums. With A. Fedotov’s instrumental ensembles, he participated in recording vinyl records by Vygandas Telksnis, Benjaminas Gorbulskis, Algimantas Raudonikis.
He began his solo career in Italy in Piano bars. He performed in Poland, in Warsaw clubs. He currently works at Vilnius College and Vilnius Conservatory.

Gintaras Remeikis is a long-time concertmaster of the State Wind Instruments Orchestra “Trimitas”, a teacher at two art schools. He has traveled almost the entire world performing with the orchestra!
