Elžbieta Liepa Dvarionaitė is one of the brightest pianists of the younger generation in Lithuania, having won numerous important awards both in Lithuania and internationally.

In June 2024, she won the second prize at the prestigious Bechstein-Bruckner Piano Competition in Linz (Austria), where the best representatives of Austrian music universities competed. Earlier, in 2022, Elžbieta won the first prize at the Stasys Viniūnas International Piano Competition, and in 2023, she won the second prize at the Piano Neuchâtel – Val de Travers Competition in Switzerland.

Her music is widely known; she has performed in Japan, France, Italy, Germany, Poland, Austria, Portugal, Czech Republic, she also often performs in Lithuania. She has performed with the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra, Kaunas Symphony Orchestra, Klaipėda Chamber Orchestra, St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra, as well as with the Riga, Tallinn, and Czech “Virtuosi Brunensis” Orchestras. In order to improve, Elžbieta took part in masterclasses given by world-renowned pianists, such as Y. Bronfman, E. Nebolsin, G. Gruzman, D. Bashkirov, P. Nersessian.

In 2018, for her services to music and promoting the name of Vilnius in the world, she was awarded the Minor St Christopher’s Award by the then Mayor of Vilnius, Remigijus Šimašius.

Elžbieta is currently studying at the University of Music and Theatre in Vienna, in the piano class of Professor Anna Malikova. She regularly performs in Lithuania and abroad, both as a soloist and as a chamber musician.
