On May 29, you will hear the latest works of the band “Abii” live at the Tamsta club, where the band’s journey began almost nine years ago. The duo’s latest works “Abnorma” and “Arkanai” already drew the sound of the album last year and noted that this time the band will not disappear for long.

“Abii” is an electronic rock band that combines the musical visions of two friends Andrius Šarka and Tautvydas Tomkus. The tandem of best friends began their journey in music almost 10 years ago, and the first burst of the band’s fame occurred in 2016 after winning the “Garažas” young band competition. Since then, two albums have been released: “Vinegar” and “Metanoiia”, the first marked the beginning of the band’s career, the second – a return to the stage after a long break. With the album “Metanoiia”, the band toured Lithuania, presented the album in major Lithuanian cities, released the album in vinyl format and were nominated as rock band of the Year at the M.A.M.A. Awards 2023.

This year, “Abii” is waiting for their third album, which will be released on May 15 and immediately after it, their first presentation concert in Vilnius.
