\u201cFolkloro da\u017eniai” (En. Folkloric Frequencies) once again invites you to enjoy high-quality folklore in a professional setting. On 4th October, the children and youth folklore ensemble \u201c\u017dilvita\u201d from Kai\u0161iadorys Culture Centre will perform live at a recording studio.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dedicated to nurturing the folklore of their local region, \u201c\u017dilvita\u201d has been active for over 13 years. Under the direction of Laima Mork\u016bnien\u0117, this lively and dynamic ensemble aims primarily to preserve, revive, and share the traditions and customs of Kai\u0161iadorys passed down through generations. Their repertoire includes songs, dances, and traditional storytelling from their home district.<\/p>\n

\u201cFolkloric Frequencies\u201d offers a dedicated space for folklore performers to thrive, introduce themselves, and be both seen and heard. The concerts are filmed and recorded in a professional sound studio in front of an intimate audience. We invite you to experience folklore in a fresh, professional light.<\/p>\n

The recording<\/strong> will take place on 4th October at 16:00<\/strong> at the Balcony Theatre (Balkono teatras) of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (Gedimino Ave. 42).<\/p>\n

Those wishing to watch the ensemble up close and get a glimpse behind the scenes are welcome to join this exclusive music session.
