Vilnius City Opera is celebrating its 20th anniversary and invites the city to celebrate together by bringing the first decade of \u201cBohemie\u010diai\u201d back to the big screen.<\/p>\n
In 2006, the phenomenon that soon became known as \u201cBohemie\u010diai\u201d began with La Boh\u00e8me<\/em>. Around Dalia Ibelhauptait\u0117, Gintaras Rinkevi\u010dius, Juozas Statkevi\u010dius, the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, and a young generation of soloists, a new world of opera emerged.<\/p>\n It was a time when opera in Vilnius became young, bold, theatrical, and alive. When Lithuanian soloists who today perform in the world\u2019s greatest theatres were growing on stage.
