A voice that has opened for Kirk Franklin, featured on Emeli Sand\u00e9\u2019s recordings, and earned a spot on Jennifer Hudson\u2019s team on *The Voice UK* is coming to Vilnius.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On October 2nd, St. Catherine\u2019s Church will be filled with the energy of London soul and the power of one of Britain\u2019s most outstanding gospel voices.<\/p>\n

Born in Jamaica and raised in London, Jason Nicholson-Porter<\/strong> is a British gospel artist, songwriter, vocal arranger, and teacher with over three decades of stage experience.<\/p>\n

The UK public discovered Jason in 2018 when he performed “Amazing Grace” during the blind auditions of *The Voice UK*. His voice was powerful enough to make Jennifer Hudson turn her chair and invite him to join her team.<\/p>\n

Jason\u2019s three official *The Voice UK* performances\u2014”Amazing Grace,” “Let It Be,” and “When You Believe”\u2014have already garnered over two million views online. His duet performance of “Let It Be” drew a standing ovation, and *The Voice UK* itself hailed the performance as a vocal battle worthy of a global stage.<\/p>\n

His voice features on Emeli Sand\u00e9\u2019s album *Long Live the Angels*; he has provided backing vocals for Wretch 32, toured the UK with *X Factor* runner-up Rebecca Ferguson, and performed his own original music in South Africa.<\/p>\n

The British publication *Keep The Faith* describes him as having a “golden voice” and being one of the UK\u2019s strongest gospel vocalists. *The Guardian* cites Jason\u2019s performances alongside those of Kirk Franklin and Fred Hammond as examples of a true gospel show\u2014one that the audience not only hears but feels, rising to their feet in response.<\/p>\n
