One of the most anticipated evenings of the festival invites audiences to immerse themselves in the musical world of Franz Schubert. The programme will reveal the many colours of the composer\u2019s oeuvre, ranging from intimate chamber music and lyrical tenderness to dramatic emotional climaxes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Two exceptional artists will meet on stage: internationally acclaimed violinist Boris Brovtsyn and Petras Geniu\u0161as, one of Lithuania\u2019s most distinguished pianists. Their musical dialogue promises to reveal the depth and beauty of Schubert\u2019s music and offer listeners an unforgettable chamber music experience.<\/p>\n

Boris Brovtsyn<\/strong> is one of the most distinguished violinists of his generation and regularly performs on prestigious stages around the world. Born in Moscow, he began his musical studies at an early age and later studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.<\/p>\n

His career is distinguished by an extensive concert repertoire and a strong commitment to chamber music. Boris has performed with leading European and international orchestras, including the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the BBC Philharmonic, and many other ensembles. He is regularly invited to international festivals and collaborates with some of the world\u2019s most renowned chamber musicians.<\/p>\n

Brovtsyn\u2019s interpretations are praised for their emotional intensity, musical maturity, and exceptional beauty of sound. Alongside his active performing career, he gives masterclasses in countries around the world and is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of musicians.<\/p>\n

Petras Geniu\u0161as<\/strong> is one of Lithuania\u2019s most prominent pianists, renowned for his creativity, improvisational freedom, and exceptionally broad repertoire. A graduate of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, he gained international recognition at a young age after becoming a prize-winner at several prestigious piano competitions.<\/p>\n

Throughout his career, he has performed across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, appearing with renowned symphony orchestras and chamber ensembles. His artistic interests extend beyond classical music to jazz, contemporary forms of improvisation, and interdisciplinary artistic projects.<\/p>\n
