A tested, tried, and for some reason successful duo. On July 16, \u201cArklio Galia\u201d and \u201cSraig\u0117s efektas\u201d return to the main stage of Luki\u0161k\u0117s Prison.<\/strong><\/p>\n We know both bands well\u2014and genuinely like them. So when we strongly recommend not missing this summer concert, there are more than a few reasons behind it.<\/p>\n The band is known for blending absurd, somewhat unappetizing musical cocktails, seasoned with possibly the worst imaginable lyrics, overly long guitar solos, and plenty of bad jokes between songs.<\/p>\n With such a biography and reputation, they still keep playing\u2014and this year they celebrate their 20th anniversary. That\u2019s twenty times \u201cvalio!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n We\u2019ll meet \u201cArklio Galia\u201d on stage for the sixth time. Last year they performed acoustically in St. Nicholas Church, but this year they return where they belong\u2014on a large open-air stage, together with the equally fitting \u201cSraig\u0117s efektas\u201d.<\/p>\n As the band says:<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s great that such a smart band like \u2018Sraig\u0117s efektas\u2019 lets in such an \u2018un-smart\u2019 band as \u2018Arklio Galia\u2019. We create a strange but functioning concert organism, and the fans have never fought each other yet.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Undoubtedly one of the most intellectual bands in Lithuanian alternative music and a key player on the scene. They recently reinforced that status with their fifth studio album \u201cLobomatas\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n It\u2019s what happens when you release into the world exactly the kind of music you\u2019d want to listen to every day yourself. We will witness the beginning of a fresh and sonically bold new chapter for the band.<\/p>\n Sharing the stage with \u201cArklio Galia\u201d promises an unpredictable evening full of value and surprises.<\/p>\n As the band adds:<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s easy to become too serious in life.
