The work of a cinematographer often remains behind the scenes. Audiences usually know the actors and directors, but the people responsible for a film\u2019s visual language, atmosphere, and imagery rarely receive the same recognition. This year, the Lietuvos kino operatori\u0173 asociacija<\/strong> (LAC) aims to change that.<\/p>\n

During a single screening, viewers will see seven short films<\/strong> nominated for the \u201c\u0104\u017euolas 2026\u201d<\/strong> awards. Immediately afterward, the audience will have an opportunity to hear directly from the nominees in a discussion about filmmaking, cinematography, and the challenges of working behind the camera. The conversation will be moderated by Aist\u0117 Ra\u010daityt\u0117<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
