June Fridays in the Lunar Space\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

I invite you to start your June Friday mornings slower, more comfortably and with more connection to yourself<\/p>\n

We will start each meeting with a gentle yoga practice \u2014 we will awaken the body, relieve tension, pay more attention to breathing and inner well-being.<\/p>\n

After the practice, we will taste ceremonial cocoa \u2014 we will get acquainted with its effects, origin and conscious consumption. During all three meetings, we will taste three special types of ceremonial cocoa<\/p>\n

This is not just a yoga lesson. This is a small summer ritual for yourself \u2014 to stop, be in communion and bring more lightness, peace and vitality into your day<\/p>\n

I am a yoga teacher, practicing yoga since 2015, leading women’s circles and cocoa ceremonies. For many years, I have been delving into the knowledge of conscious movement, rituals and the cocoa plant, so these meetings will combine not only practice for the body, but also a cozy and lively experience for inner well-being<\/p>\n
