Cathedral Square
I invite all residents of Vilnius and guests of the city to Cathedral Square. Every Sunday, after the chimes of the Cathedral bell die away, a herald announces the news of the Sovereign to the residents of the city. The traditional event of the Sovereign Palace Support Found acquaints everybody with the history of Vilnius.
On Sunday (13 September 2009) the herald of the Sovereign Palace announced the news of the year 1536 about the order of Sigismund the Old to supply water from the Vingriai springs to Trakų, Vilniaus, Žemaičių and Vokiečių streets.
